Pop music is really my first love. I recorded and produced my first album of acoustic pop songs in 2010 using the built-in mic of an old iMac and a midi keyboard. Making and recording music had such an electric energy for me every time I sat down to create in that phase. But in college, I gave up on writing anything with lyrics for a while because I felt like my voice would never be good enough. But after working on improving it for years and experiencing more of life that I feel like has really improved my writing, it feels good to be creating pop music again as Evening Traveler. It’s helped bring back some of that young excitement that really comes from my roots. Thanks for supporting me by listening!
